“Purchased the remanufactured ink cartridges as they state 100% guarantee - when these did not work with my printer despite trying all the technical suggestions, I got no response so had to purchase more - from another supplier. There guarantee is worthless - avoid there are better companies out there”
“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
İf you end up with faulty items and are asked to return then you won't ever see a refund. This company use the royal mail FreePost Name service but fail to provide you with a return label. I think the company don't actually know how this service works because there is no such thing as asking customers to write a freepost label. I raised a complaint with the company directly and when we got nowhere with PayPal same jargon - as soon as the items are returned refund will be issued. This person is a fraud because he told me to put it in the red post box because of all the many post offices I went to all refused, he knew full well no proof of postage would mean it would get lost and he would not be able to give refund. I have the company address and see they are not even a registered trading company and I could have paid for postage but who is to say that he would honour a return. Here is what royal mail said regarding his bogus returns policy below (picture attached). Looks like so many have had the same problem and this dude is evading refunds.”
“If this is the same as Cartridge.ink.uk, don't bother. Just replaced my ink in my Canon printer and it's terrible. Smudges everywhere. Can't remember if it was cheap but it's certainly nasty”
“Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Worst customer service. After receiving a faulty item I experienced a really bad returns processing, caused me a lot of incovenience and trouble.
Never buying here again.”
“Have had 5 cartridges off them in total but 2 black ones had very little ink in them and ran out after 10 pages of print. One they replaced FOC but I don't want to have to go through the complaints procedure all over again - will have to start buying elsewhere,”
