“I had two conversations with the service department. The first too narrow the problem and get suggestions to troubleshoot the ideas. After narrowing ideas called back and ordered two motors. Replaced and the cart is running like new. This cart has a least 300 rounds on a hilly course. The service department was right on with the solution to my problems.”

“Great looking, lightweight cart that is easy to use. Excellent quality of material and finishes. Purchased the Yellowstone after seeing a friend's cart and couldn't be happier. Got the matching cart bag during the Masters promo too. Have used it for several rounds and can feel a difference in my walking already. Shipping was quick and I appreciate the personal touch, they called me the same day I ordered to confirm a detail of my address.”

“I like my Carttek 975Li cart. I've used it for four nine-hole rounds. I'm getting the hang of it. This model does not have a remote control, not something I wanted. Only two issues: the tee holder is not very tight for the short tees I use. They shake out as I travel along. I put a small piece of black library binding tape over the holes and punched new holes, so there is a little more "grab" of the tees. Works for me. This model offers a ten-second run and then stops. I want to use this feature. My trouble is I must hold the button down and release it when the light flashes fast. This is fine if it is cloudy. But with my bright Colorado sunny days, it is impossible for me to see the rapid flash. Thus it is not in the ten-second and then stop mode. I am trying to learn how many seconds I must hold the button before releasing it. I haven't mastered that yet so I must always be ready if the cart does NOT stop after moving for ten seconds. A design improvement would be a sound or different color. This is made more challenging because I must cover the button with the flashing light, holding it down, so seeing the rapid flash around my fingertip on the button is quite a challenge.”

“Second year w my 1500li V2. I play 4 to 5 times a week and love walking our course with my Cart Tek. I had issue w speed control and Cart Tek promptly sent me a replacement. My only issue is I wish the magnet the holds the hand held controller to the Cart or belt holder was stronger as it tends to fall off when jostled. I love my Cart Tek and highly recommend it”

“I purchased the GRi-1500LTD V2 a couple years ago and it has been fantastic. Not the cheapest power cart out there, but I have yet to see another as well-built and nicely designed. There is virtually no plastic on this thing. The frame and hardware are super high quality and durable. The controller and motors work very well. Everything about this cart is elegant, functional and durable. Equally important is the stellar customer service......calls are always promptly answered by knowledgeable and helpful U.S.-based representatives who go out of their way to assist and keep you operational. It's also easy to get spare parts when needed. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.”

“The service staff is amazing! They helped go to quickly diagnose my problem, expedited the shipping of the part I needed and my cart is like brand new ( it’s well over ten years old) . I will never buy any other brand than Cart Tek.”
