“I’ve had my Cart Tek for a couple years now. I’m thinking I’ve got 1500 walking miles, maybe more, on it. I’ve worn out a couple sets of treads, tipped it over a bunch (course issues, not me ha ), run it into a creek once, impressed too many to count and been thankful for it on the course every day that I golf.. EVERY TIME I’ve had a question or an issue the guys (mostly Mark) have gone over the top to help me out. Most recently I wore through a tread on one of the wheels. Those particular treads are backordered. Mark went the extra mile to find me an tread and send it to me. That is amazing customer service in my opinion. Thank you Mark! Thank you Cart Tek!”

“I've had my cart tek for two weeks now and I love it. There was a driving learning curve, but my is performing above my expectations. The buying experience was smooth and easy. Delivery was fast and assembly was simple. Customer service is great too!”

“I love my new Cart Tek cart GSI-1500Li V2. I've probably used it for 5 or 6 rounds in the last 3 weeks since receiving it. Very stable, great look, super well-designed. And great customer service and shipping times (though I live relatively close to their headquarters). My only suggestion would be to have a remote holder that that is really super secure that could hook on a belt. I like the belt clip but have found that I can knock it out of the harness. And while I love the clop at the end of the handles to hold the remote while I'm teeing off, I don't use the optional remote holder for the cart handle as it is not compatible with the umbrella holder. Would love to have the umbrella holder, the scorecard holder, AND the remote holder all be able to work at the same time.”

“My cart is great. I recently retired and significantly increased the amount of golf in my life. I decided to walk more often to improve my health and enjoyment of the game. The Cart Tek GRi-1500 Li was the perfect addition to my golf game. My home course is very hilly, and the cart allows me to walk without having to push a cart up all the hills. I’ve lost weight and increased my enjoyment of the game.”

“I purchased my Cart Tek 1500-Li Electric Caddy 6 years ago and absolutely love it! I have walked approximately 450-500 rounds in heat, cold, rain and shine and has always worked flawlessly. From the time I unfold the lightweight frame to the end of my round, it performs like a smart robot carrying my gear up steep hills or through wet fairways. Several of my golf partners have purchased a Cart Tek Caddy after watching my game improve and my continued ability to walk courses. At 68, I'm stronger and healthier using my power trolley which has allowed me to continue walking. Playing 2-3 times a week, over 75 rounds/year, approximately 2,700 miles on 15 different courses, and my Cart Tek still runs like new. The hidden gem is the Customer Service at Cart Tek. I feel like I’m part of an extended family when calling Mark or Tyler about technical questions like programing my remote control, Score Card holder options, or talking new colored wheels. If they are busy, they promptly call back. If it’s after hours, they call the next morning. You won’t find a higher level of customer service supporting a better High-Tech Electric Caddy!”
