“Asked for a utility bill to verify the delivery address as it was separate, a little hard when it's a surprise Christmas present for my mother! When I advised them they couldn't have it, they asked for a OTP code from my bank. No way.
They sound like a scammer. Ended up going to Amazon where it was cheaper. Was hoping to support a smaller business, but they don't really seem interested. Very disspointing.”

They kept asking for proof of address with is very unusual and I also didn't have as it was my office address. Would not recommend this online retailer.”
