“Easy to order, kept informed of shipping updates, arrived within 48hrs great service and delivery.. would have been 5☆ but thought postage was very high at £6 considering it was delivered by normal post through door. I took it to post office and had it weighed for first class normal postage to see how much they would charge me.. cost was £1.76 so don't see where £6 comes from.. ( like to hear your views) apart from that product is good”

“I bought the Petsafe Staywell 300 4 Way Locking Cat Flap and 7 of the 310 White Staywell Tunnel Extension For Walls to get through a 37cm wall. I emailed CatFlaps.co.uk first for info and they assured me this was exactly what I needed. My package came in 48hrs and worked a treat. Once the initial hole had been knocked through (I looked on YouTube for some guidance) the extensions were glued and duct taped and it all just slotted together. Very pleased with the service, price and product (best price I could find online!). Just gotta persuade the cat to use it now. Thanks guys!”

“I ordered the wrong pumps for my cat's water fountain and when I contacted CatFlaps.co.uk they were extremely helpful with instructions on how to return the pumps and they sent another order of the correct pumps to me at the same time. Deliver was excellent. A great firm to do business with!”
