“Initially thought who are these people as it all seemed very anonymous then having paid, the email arrived with confirmation though I still had no idea who catflap were but the item arrived the next day and my cat loves it-would I use catflap again most definitely”

“The delivery was spot on but I was initially disappointed and a little concerned when I opened the package. The Petporte box containing the cat flap just literally fell apart. It was well used to say the least (this was not the fault of the delivery company). Not sure why. Still I wasn't buying the box!! A product parts listing would help. I wasn't sure if any parts were missing. At least that ensured I read all the instructions. Initially it looked like the fitting would be tricky, especially as I was replacing an existing cat flap, but it wasn't. The instructions were very good, and it works well under test. As yet the cat is very wary of entering - we are still at the training stage. But the purpose of replacing the cat flap was to keep out a troublesome black cat that was getting fatter by the day, eating what we were providing for our cat. The cat flap has stopped that.”

“This cat flap is great as said before to keep intruders out! I had been noticing my little Princess was always nervous around her old cat flap and looking out before she ate her food probably because there have been theifing cats in her home! The lock and magnetic solution is really effective. Princess had never worn a collar before and has taken to the collar very well, she was reluctant to go through the flap as she couldn't grasp the idea of the flap so it took a little time for her to adjust I think this is due to her being nervous of other cats. Over all this is a great flap for your cat and the price is amazing would recommend training your cat to use it before fitting. Princess now goes through confidently after a day or two! Thanks so much :)”

“Cat Flap was a great price (compared to some high street retailers) looks good, And was easy to install. Fitted it 3 days ago. But Freddy is still a bit reluctant, to use it. But we will persevere.”
