“The product arrived safely and correctly, and it seems to work. I was disconcerted to find that, although £3.89 is charged for postage and packing, the small and light item was sent only by second class post. It did arrive within my limit of tolerance, but it would have been better if it had arrived a working day earlier. I'm not sure that I would have ordered from this supplier if I had realised that it would be sent by second, rather than first, class post.”

“I had real problem trying to find a replacement cat flap door for two weeks. I went online in my lunch break and phoned Catflaps uk and the salesperson was informative, polite, and very efficient. He quickly found out the part I needed and I purchased it straight away. It arrived 1 day later! I fixed it this morning, and my cats are so happy (the neighbour's tomcat has been entering the house through the broken cat flap and scaring them). I would thoroughly recommend Catflaps UK for great customer service.”

“I ordered the Petporte Microchip Catflap by Petsafe on 1/3/15 from Catflaps.com and it arrived within a few days. I was kept informed of the status of my order so I knew when it had been dispatched. I haven't fitted the unit yet but it is identical to my old catflap so should work Just as well. I will certainly consider ordering from Catflaps.com again and would recommend them to friends and family.”
