“Received the cat-flap very quickly, very well packaged. Been fitted for a couple of weeks now, all working well. As previous reviews say, it's best in silent mode as the beep is quite loud! After the first day our 2 nervous cats seem to have got used to it. Very reassuring to know that the local bully-cat won't be waking us up at 3am after attacking our cats in their own home, and no more coming home to his wee in the kitchen! Our cats are already visibly more relaxed at home and not constantly sniffing around for invaders. Would highly recommend this cat flap, but keep in mind it does require plugging into mains (battery as back-up power only). We have not tried out any of the 'modes' apart from silent, but instructions look good for when we do.”

“We've used a cat feeder for our cat's breakfast for several years now and have just purchased a second one for our new kitten, who took to it immediately. Saves conflicts over who's eating whose breakfast first thing in the morning. Speedy delivery and well packaged.”

“Excellent service and product. Ordered a medium and was sent a medium/large which was too big. After an email this was sorted really quickly. A free return envelope was also included. Thanks As for the halti we were using a head halting but our dog still pulled. omg just tried the new halti and think someone has swapped our dog. First walk ever with no pulling, she just trotted by our side. Really impressed.”

“It made my cat happy so it made me happy! So easy to programme; I am a bit of a technology grump but this was a synch; I didn't even need to have my cat go right through the cat tunnel flap to programme it, she just stepped part way into it to inspect it. Very happy.”
