“I got this cat/dog flap over 2yrs ago and I have 2 Bernese mountain dogs and 2 cats and it is brilliant it makes life so much easier. It does get heavy use so the fact I’ve only replaced the flap 2yrs down the line says it all HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Bought an aluminium cat flap and very happy with it. Doesn’t swing backwards and forwards like the old plastic one, has magnetic closure to prevent this , has a slider door you can put on to stop cats going out and hopefully won’t break as quickly, if at all and was delivered quickly. Took a day or two for the cats to approve it but all good now 😀”

“I bought a cat flap online the first time I tried the site crashed at just after entering my details and I got no confirmation e mail I used the back button to my details and repeated and this time I got a message saying I was successful Shortly after I received 2 order confirmations I rang the company multiple times but no one picked up I sent them an email but got no reply I now have 2 cat flaps but only need one Will not be using this company again”

“The cat flap arrived very quickly and is a good strong product. However, it was not pointed out clearly that as a microchip operated item, any metal in the door would prevent it working. Whilst the company advised and sent me the inset barrier to block the metal (at a cost of £14) very quickly - it has now cost me £64 for the flap, £40 for someone to fit it, and now another £60 minimum to remove it again and refit with the barrier. And still my kitten is getting terrorised by a local cat as nobody can do the work at the moment. Better information would have saved me a lot of money and time.”

“The replacement catflap arrived safely and was easy to fit. Some of my cats are puzzled as to how to use the cat flap now that it is no longer permanently open. I however, am relieved not to have a big howling breeze permeating the house.”
