“Fitted new magnetic cat flap and it only took a few minutes,. followed instructions regarding getting the cat use to the new flap. Our cat took about a day to get use to it, she has to push a little harder against flap. The flap has proved its self today when I caught a cat trying to get in.”

“The Staywell magnetic catflap was a good price and I hope it will do the job. Disappointed though that it does not include a spare magnet - seems a bit mean as I'm sure most cats lose at least one. I was worried about the courier Yodel as I'd seen some bad reviews. They give a 7am to 9pm delivery slot which is unreasonable and no way of speaking to somebody to narrow down the time. I was lucky - I only had to wait in 7 hours before it arrived. But it was an anxious 7 hours. Maybe you should change delivery service or provide more options to customers.”

“Although I ordered this product on a Bank Holiday, it was processed the very next morning. I was notified by e-mail and again a day later when the product was being shipped. It arrived within 4-5 days of being ordered as promised despite the Bank Holiday. The service was fast, efficient and the product reached me in excellent order. My only niggle would be that I was not informed which day it was going to be delivered nor a time although perhaps I could have tracked the order online? I had a very busy week at work and in my homelife so didn't have time to chase this up, but as it arrived within the initial designated time frame anyway and I was in for delivery this wasn't really an issue. Just thought I would mention it to help improve an already great service! Thank you”

“Fitted easily into prepared hole.Programming easy. Cat likes it - so we do too. Formerly had a magnet uperated one which worked well for over 13 years and still working well but then all the Toms round here got magnets aswell! So needed to upgrade”
