“I ordered a catflap door replacement. I received it very promptly but it was the wrong fit. I returned item and ordered correct one. This was also sent promptly. I received emails stating what was happening on a regular basis. I am very pleased with the service I received.”

“Cat flap looks great. Really easy to fit. It is very quiet, you can barely hear the cats going in and out. I can't confirm if it is draught free because the weather is not windy/ cold but the seal seems good.”
