“We had bought an electronic cat flap many years ago following a problem with a neighbours cat, the cat flap has since been moved and our cat had lost the magnets supplied. We have recently had further problems with a stray cat stealing food, so we replaced the battery and were delighted to discover new magnets were available, which saved the cost of a new cat flap and additional work of fitting it. We look forward to many more years of use.”

“More to the point, it will make our cat very happy once we can get him to use it! We've had a new double-glazed back door fitted, with the only type of flap the supplier could obtain. Our Maine Coon could just about get his head through it, so we've had days of having to let him in and out, night and day. I found your Large Cat flap online and it was fitted today: it's exactly what we wanted, and no doubt Our Fellah will soon come to agree.”

“Cat 1 Oliver ( chip ) cat 2 Tango ( Tag ) Within 48 hours , the older cat , Tango , had overcome his fear of the whirring unlatch mechanism. After two weeks , Oliver had managed access just twice. Noticed it was distinctly more difficult for him , so made a quick loop of knicker elastic for a spare tag ( cat 3 ) . This is definitely easier for him and works in preference to his chip. Just in time before major snowfall. Cats have extremely flexible skin so his chip could have migrated further back making latch triggering difficult. So have to award the Petmate 355 a cautious ten out of ten. Bellsie , West Midlands.”
