“Good well made product easy to fit. Only downside was the courier delivered to the wrong address - 8 miles away. The wrong recipient tracked me down and I was able to collect.”

“This the second replacement I have had I change it every two years and and find them very good I have a large dog and a cat that are in and out all the time it is very good keeps the weather out as well so I would recommend this product .”

“Anti bark collar delivered but only worked for around 5 hours now won't turn on or off. Ordered x2 new batteries at a cost of £9.00 to see if that solves the problem if not will have to return.”

“I am happy with the catflap but the man who put in a new d/g unit in another part of the conservatory explained that the whole pane of toughened glass will have to be replaced with another with the catflap fitted. My bank account is a bit fragile at the moment(We have only just moved) but I expect the situation to improve over time and then I can give a proper account of the catflap!”
