“AVOID THIS COMPANY - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I ordered an ice machine from them. They package it in a way that when you open it you cant move it as its all strapped up! they advise to check it for damages and report within 24hours. My wife took delivery of this and i cheked over the box as requested but there was no damages to the box. I didnt realise they meant strip the whole thing down and out the packaging and report any damages within 24 hrs. The unit has a massive dent in the side which i have evidence it clearly there behind the delivery sticker they tried to conceal the damage with! Deceitful and dishonorable business. They have sent out a damaged machine nearly £400, hidden the damage on the box with the delivery documents (from their factory not the courier company) and then refuse to do anything about it as its not reported within 24hrs! I just wanted a replacement but was basically told to go do one!! DISCUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAOID AT ALL COSTS”
