“I ordered two pairs of boots online. They were packaged very very well and arrived extremely quickly. I had a query about one of the items (slightly too small). I emailed Cavells and they replied within the hour with a very helpful and friendly response. Highly recommended, will be purchasing from them again.”

Not only am I very happy with my coveted RM ladies boots at a generously reduced price but also and very importantly the advice I was given on the phone prior to me purchasing them... Your staff took the time to reassure me regarding taking a chance on the size- to which worked to my advantage!
