“I ordered item then changed my mind. Called immediately to cancel and they confirmed they would then I received the sink. I then contacted to return to be met with a 100 restocking fee and to pay shipping on the return. As many companies out there to buy products from - during a house remodel - this is horrible business. I do not recommend this company nor will i ever use them. I can imagine what would happen if any issues were to arise with any of their products.”
“I purchased a double 9" deep SS sink with deep basket drains back in February of 2017.
It is now August 2017 and the deep basket drains began to leak under the sink, inside my new kitchen cabinets. I sent them a few photos and explained to them what was happening. CBath.com was very gracious to me and sent me new deep replacement basket drains free of charge. Yes, I would do business with them again!”
