They also have an intuitive point system which awards you points based on amount spent which can be converted into discounts on future purchases. Furthermore they have an over all generous flow of discount coupons for different events (even your birthday :D).
They have been very helpful with answering questions and helping me with problems in the past regarding shipping issues or availability concerns. They are fast to answer should you have any questions and they do so in a polite manner.
