“Superb Ice Cream and we have been buying it regularly but customer service is non existent which is very disappointing. Our second to last order arrived a day later than it should and the contents were soft but we accepted it. The last order didn't arrive at all.
Wrote in total 4 emails and Cecily's hasn't replied once. They did resend the order without checking we were able to take it when they sent it plus there was substitutes with no apology. Not the way to run any business. Still no word from them so I am reluctantly writing this review as I find their ice cream superb, especially as there is no refined sugar in them. Cecily please improve customer service.”
“My ice cream arrived by courier 36 hours from the time I ordered it on line, and in perfect condition. My personal choice is for the coconut vanilla, it is the perfect accompaniment to any dessert. I would prefer the choc chips to be chipped, not little discs, although they taste just as good.”
“I purchased one of every flavour and I can't recommend them highly enough. The texture of the pure chocolate and pure caramel sets them above the rest (if you could get the rest of them that creamy they would be perfect), but every flavour is great and the texture of the others is far from bad.”
