“My Cefaly device broke after less than 30 uses. I reported it within warranty period and didn't receive their response. When I followed up with them I was outside the warranty period (even though they have conflicting information about warranty length on their website) and they refused to honour the warranty. This is illegal- breach of warranty and breach of consumer guarantee acts- for a device marketed towards daily use with a warranty of 2 years in Aus and 3 years in US, clearly 30 uses is not good enough. Total waste of money. I feel misled and taken advantage of by this company. The company is unethical, has no regard for the law and doesn't care about their customers.”
