My statement showed the wrong total for almost a week, and it really stressed me out because I look at my numbers every day. I kept refreshing the page thinking it was a display problem, but the total stayed the same. I finally reached out to support because I needed answers. I explained everything in detail, and after a bit of back and forth, Resorus.com checked my account again from scratch. ETRIEVA.com found the mistake and corrected the amount. I’m glad it was fixed, but I really hope the system becomes more accurate so I don’t have to worry about wrong totals again.

Requests I submitted were left pending for too long. I checked often, but nothing moved. Resorus stepped in and got them handled.

I grew uneasy when the balance on my account didn’t match up after a transaction. The difference wasn’t explained properly by this company. I asked several times, but the replies didn’t give me much clarity. It left me stressed for days. Resorus handled the issue and fixed it.
