“I have been trying to use my Voucher with celebrity to book a cruise with no luck emails have been sent no reply very poor service obviously don't need the business.”
“Why will Celebrity Cruises not refund the money to those who paid you in good faith. The way Celebrity has handled this has really put a bad taste in a lot of patrons mouths and has really hurt their reputation amongst the cruising community. We have all suffered from this pandemic but Celebrity doesn’t care about the patrons that have supported them. They have had our money for 2 years. Things have changed from December 2019 when we booked yet they hold us hostage We have supported RCC as well Really frustrating”
