“At first Celtic Timber was pleasant to deal with but as the delivery occurred one delivery arrived but not the other when I queried it at the office the attitude change for the worse, they were not prepared to help although legally the contract was between them and the courier , I had been given a delivery date and it did not arrive so the ball was put in my court to do the communicating.
There was no appreciation of my business my advice is don’t bother doing business with them , time wasters at the end of the day”
“Sent smaller sized boards than ordered and paid for. No interest in refunding the difference. Bad customer support and bad service. Soaked boards too.”
“Ordered two "floating shelves". They arrived as literally two bits of wood, no holes drilled and wood untreated. Essentially we just paid 60 pounds for two small bits of pine and two brackets worth 2.50 each. We emailed them but received no response at all. We have ordered shelves from elsewhere that are cheaper and of significantly better quality. Avoid ordering shelves from this company and look elsewhere”
