“With regard to obtaining a mortgage I had to have a “drive by” valuation - Centaur was recommended to me! Their Surveyor did the “drive by” - for which I had to wait 3 weeks (which us a long time with regard to mortgage delays today!) - Jonathan only viewed the WRONG house - all numbers clearly marked on front doors!!!! The company apologised reimbursed me less than half the amount and made another appointment two weeks later for which I paid full price!!!! - so this person not only cost me more money but a higher interest rate!!
The mortgage company then required a full survey- due to Jonathan saying I had two extensions (which was next door!!!) - when Jonathan came to do the full valuation, no apology, a very aloof manner - client beware!!!!! They only have the one Surveyor - he’s obviously not the one you want - you will lose time and money!!!!”
