“Vernon quoted for a whole dwelling mechanical ventilation system and biocide application. All he did was replace one perfectly serviceable bathroom extractor fan and charge £1795. When I complained he said he would respond within 28 days and then ghosted me. Six weeks after my complaint, I've heard nothing. Very dishonest. AVOID.”
“Charged me £1000 up front to dry out some damp for 10 weeks which did not work. No inspections made to see if it was drying. No refund given when I asked for my money back. No drying certificate could be issued (as it wasn't dry). They then tried to charge my £4000 for further works. Left their tools on site without permission.”
