“Phone call required email from me to request return label - why couldn't this be generated from my phone call? I do not have the spare time to be phoning and emailing. On receipt of emailed returns label, I learn that the correct products will NOT be sent out until the incorrect items - sent entirely as a result of their own error - have been received by them. I anticipated that these items would have been fitted and in use by now. Only not 'VERY POOR' because previous dealings have been absolutely fine.”

“Nice knobs, consistent and the ceramic bit plus decoration was good. As was delivery. But. The screw threads were at all angles and the threads so poor that the nuts could be slid on and off some of them”

Hi Roger Noble, While I’m glad you appreciated our products. I’m sorry you were disappointed with some screw threads and nuts. We can post extra nuts as replacement. We try to delivery best quality with fittings too but sometime it's difficult to check each bolt and nut. “The knobs were patchy on the ceramic finish. They are temporary for us until we find some we really like so doesn't matter that much. The supplied fixing screws were useless so I would recommend not even using them. My screwdriver stripped the heads without much force at all. Use good quality wood screws otherwise you'll have a hard time removing the knobs if you need to. I would not order these for a permanent solution.”

I am sorry about the issues you had with your purchase of Mortice Door Knobs. These are big knobs of size 60mm. These are hand-paints knobs and in manufacturing process during heating some part of knobs could show an off colour. We check every knob before despatching them to our customers. That is why our rejection rate during quality checking are 39%. We want our customer to be happy with their purchase. You could have asked for replacement knobs and screws. We would be more than happy to resolve your issues. Thanks
