“Sorry I did not have a good experience with Certified Energy. It was so hard to get a hold of the team at Certified Energy and replies took days/weeks. If I needed this report to be finalised before submitting a DA it would have dragged on for way too long. When I got responses from the team, it seemed like they forgot about what was going on with my project every time. Specs had to be confirmed and re-confirmed every time because I was not confident in their understanding of the specs for my project. This report took 3-4 months to finalise which is ridiculous.”
