I have chosen Certified peptides as my supplier of peptides, because 1) they have good pricing ( I checked dozens of suppliers to get a good idea what is the price of each available peptide on the market) and 2) purity of their products belongs to the highest on the market, 99% is absolute minimum for me, 98% is not good enough :) and for me it is critical that they test also for endotoxins, heavy metals and sterility. Not all suppliers test it. I would welcome if they also test for microbilogical contamination (TAMC, TYMC, specific pathogens) and residual solvents, but frankly not sure if anyone on the market does it. This would definitely distinguish them from all others!”

I’d like to share some honest and constructive feedback with the intention of helping your company continue to improve. I’ve recently started using your peptides, and overall I appreciate the opportunity to work with your products.
That said, I’ve noticed a few issues I wanted to bring to your attention:
Some of the labels are larger than the vials, and a few are not well adhered. During shipping, the labels can shift or peel, which makes the product appear less professional and not as new.
Shipping times have been longer than expected.
The vial caps are extremely difficult to remove when preparing the product. In some cases, I’ve had to use tools like forceps to open them, which is not ideal—especially when preparing medication in front of patients.
I’ve also noticed that the NAD+ vials appear wet inside. I’ve ordered NAD from other companies before and have not seen this, so it raised some concerns for me.
Additionally, I recommended your company to a colleague, and unfortunately their package appears to have been lost.
