I’d like to share some honest and constructive feedback with the intention of helping your company continue to improve. I’ve recently started using your peptides, and overall I appreciate the opportunity to work with your products.
That said, I’ve noticed a few issues I wanted to bring to your attention:
Some of the labels are larger than the vials, and a few are not well adhered. During shipping, the labels can shift or peel, which makes the product appear less professional and not as new.
Shipping times have been longer than expected.
The vial caps are extremely difficult to remove when preparing the product. In some cases, I’ve had to use tools like forceps to open them, which is not ideal—especially when preparing medication in front of patients.
I’ve also noticed that the NAD+ vials appear wet inside. I’ve ordered NAD from other companies before and have not seen this, so it raised some concerns for me.
Additionally, I recommended your company to a colleague, and unfortunately their package appears to have been lost.

“I thought Jason and Rebecca were super nice but I did not like they way the peptide was mailed to me which makes me feel it might of been damaged in the process. It came all the way from WA to MO in a usps bag. That bag probably thrown around all the way from WA I cant imagine the peptides to be any good by the time they got to me. The one of the vial had a hand written label on them. I am putting this stuff in my body this was my first order. I spent over 250 dollars. I was suggested by another company to not use it. So I guess I am just out my money. Customer service is on point”
