“This is the biggest scam. They form a contract with people to buy so many weeks of a timeshare with the guarantee of them selling those weeks to gain profit for the person who has invested their money. They communicate wi th for approximately 2-3 months. During that time of communication the investor has to check for availability for the dates they say are needed. Even when the investor finds availability somehow the deal falls through. After 3 months, you never here from them again despite you trying to contact them. This company is a disgrace to the American people. It is dishonest and distasteful. Such a disappointment but what do they care. They have taken the money and has moved on to the next person.”
“I have been with CES rental for over 1 1/2 years. I feel this is the biggest scam of my life. They send offers over that are only a couple of months away. Of course there is no availability. I have spoken to supposed supervisors on many occasions and have been told that I am on a priority list and that I will get offers further out.
I am so disappointed and cannot believe a company can act in this way. I would like a refund but I am told time after time that they are working very hard on getting me rentals. Customer service and supervisors have a script. They all tell you the same thing time after time.”
