“This company is a scam. I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account for 5 months. There is a simple thing that needs to be resolved, which would have been resolved a long time ago with a legitimate company. But, here, customer service will start a thread as if they are going to help you, and then disappear from the thread! It has happened to me at least 7 times already. Please stay away from this "company". It is a scam!”

“Whatever you do, stay clear of this company and use a more reputable exchange such as Kraken or Coinbase. If you do your research on the internet and you will many many instances of them locking people out of their accounts under the guise of "due diligence" and "following KYC rules" which they seem to use to their advantage for locking peoples money in and not letting them withdraw.”

“The pain of loosing your hard earned investment is the worst experience ever, When they needed my investment they were all good. But when i needed to withdraw my investments and profits it became an issue and then they asked me to pay for withdrawal, I did and they wanted more and i go frustrated. “I quit since I had lost a significant amount of money. The app still works even though the community administrators are no longer there.
