“It's very easy to deposit money into CEX.IO but the problem is when you want to take your money out!! IMPOSSIBLE! Avoid this scam! It's been a few stressful days that I try to withdraw my money and I'm not allowed! I've been asked to provide lots of documents like DL, holding it in front of my face to verify it. Then I was asked it is not enough and I have to send them a video telling that I'm aware of this communication and my request! I did that and after a few days back and forward now I was asked again that what IPs I contact and if I'm aware of this activity from this IPs!!! I am a constant traveler and use different location to have access to my account. And now they asked me my travel history!! What's this platform?? The exchange crypto platform or immigration office?! The problem is they accept your money in a second and looking for ANY excuses to hold it and don't allow it to withdraw your OWN money!!! Keep away from this scammers!”

“So, the customer service manager is GREAT. So is most of the support team. HOWEVER, this company charges OUT the ass, and has an ungodly amount of hidden fees, and gives people a f load of loop holes to jump through. To the point where this company DRAINED me of all the money I had. When they say it is the "final" payment. It isn't. Don't trust them. Be prepared to drop 2000 on it. If not more. All communication is done through email, or text. You don't even get to speak to an actual person over the phone. They're not apart of the Better Business Brueuo to report them. They can change their terms and conditions whenever they please. READ THEM! EVERYTIME. Had I known how f***ed off it would be to get my money. I would have uses a different company or something like cash app. INSTANT REFLECTION FEE is charge. Regardless of it is "instant". Even if you wait the alloted time to get it, thinking you wouldnt have to pay the IR. You're mistaken. I was told at least 10 different times that all my fees were the "final" one. Yet, everytime I paid them. I got charged more. What was initially supposed to be 200 down, turned into 2000. The Brueuo also decided it was a good idea to "protect my account" by doubling my IR. Granted they "compensated". However, they didn't tell me they did this until AFTER I paid the original 420 they asked for. All in all. F this company. Idk if every transaction is like this. However, to start up. It's a pain in the ass. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.”

“Poor support from these lots, I’ve had my crypto locked on their platform for months. It’s always on verification or another. The support is poor, slow and incompetent. They abruptly cancelled my account without any explanation, leaving the funds trapped in the account. Even after receiving mails asking me to withdraw within 24 hours, the withdrawal process was painfully slow. It seemed like the company had no regard for their clients and their needs.However, I was able to recover my lost funds through the help of Phil Damian 15 at gma1l^com , who provided exceptional support and assistance in finding the scammers and retrieving my assets without any upfront payment. “CEX which I had used for many years lost my bitcoin after one of their many updates to their app which changed the layout. The new layout logged me out of my account and asked for verification which I fully satisfied to no avail It became apparent that customer care couldn’t help me, their answers were recycled and generic and it became clear that I just might never get my money back Thank God that I came by ENVERRACAPITAL.IO. a white hat Firm with knowledge and technical know how In handling cases such as loss of crypto assets and unlawfully frozen accounts. “This exchange is the worst that will happen in your life. So many people were blocked by them for no reason and without possibility to refund their money. Official representatives block users and delete their real their reviews in social media. My case has taken 14 months, still no result. 20K USD blocked there. Support replied "please wait" since 14 months, though i provided them with all necessary information and documents. Use another platform and beware of these scammers. If you use it once, this will be the worst day in your life.”

“They are holding 26000 USD of my money since 4 months ago. And they don't let me withdraw it. Once a month they reply and ask for a new document. Once they need a screenshot of my USDT wallet. Next time, they need a video recording of it. Next time they need a screenshot of my TRX wallet. Next time they ask for a video recording of my TRX wallet. It's like they enjoy playing with me. And when you ask them for results, they just don't answer. The least they can do is to update me on the case. They don't feel responsible at all. They don't give a damn about your life problems. It gives them joy just to see you suffer. It really is, it has been proven to me.”

““You will never be able to get your money out of here as they do not pay or allow withdrawals. Never pay any taxes as it will amount to absolute nothing. I was represented by RESUC. ORG , which made me back my investment out of this scam company. I’m not advertising anyone but never late than never”

“I had a withdrawal issue with them and couldn't get my funds when i initiated a withdrawal, They ask me to pay 20% upfront fees, I did and they asked for me. It's not so good if everyone complains about a particular issues and nothing is been done to correct it, Except we use external recovery companies like Finalresolute. com , Before withdrawal issues are resolved. It's fraud to just wake up and decide to block my account for no reason, why? they kept telling me stories about verifying my income, when did you guys become the governement? I was finally able to get my funds recovered by the help of Finalresolute. com, You can use them if you in such situation”

“My advice to anyone, stay away from these new Forex and Binary option companies and to withdraw their funds fully after making your first profits. I have been scammed badly by several of these companies. But I’m glad today that I had all my money returned including all profits, thanks to an expert. “My advice to any new trader is to be careful when choosing a broker to trade with. I fell once too, thought i was buying stocks and had invested 565000 euros before i knew i was being played. “As typical either they do not have enough money to send me, or they just don't want to let me make withdrawals. They will not let me withdraw a penny, and they tell me to pay their commission fees again to convert the bitcoin I "sold" back into bitcoins. I wish these people had a shred of moral decency. I wish they would let me withdraw my money, I have spent 5 days emailing back and forth, no solutions, just more problems. i wish I never used this exchange.”
