“Whatever you do, stay clear of this company and use a more reputable exchange such as Kraken or Coinbase. If you do your research on the internet and you will many many instances of them locking people out of their accounts under the guise of "due diligence" and "following KYC rules" which they seem to use to their advantage for locking peoples money in and not letting them withdraw.”
