“I ordered sliders and socks online, got a confirmation and invoice. The sliders arrived alone. I e mailed customer service and got no reply so I called and was told the socks order had been cancelled because they were out of stock. No e mail notification or warning leaving me without half a present just before Christmas. Just rubbish.”
“Total liars they say they could help me even though I wasnt injured and weeks of playing me along they wouldn't because I wasn't injured and even their solicitors was forcing me to make up one or he wouldn't help me. Don't trust these people.”
