“I bought some Nike slides and when it got delivered the bottom of the slides were dirty and the tissue paper it always comes with was missing. I returned it via mail and requested a refund. It’s about to be a month and I haven’t decided my money back even though they have let me know that they’ve received the product.”
“I will never buy anything from Champs again. After placing a order for my grandkids 5 pair of shoes they sent them to a previous address I no longer stayed at when they were given the correct address. I was still able to retrieve the shoes, but two pair were not in the order, but they sent two of the same pair of shoes. After contacting them about this matter they refuses to refund or reimburse me for their mistake, I suggest if you purchase anything from Champs please do so in person and not on line because they will treat you as if you or money doesn't matter.”
“Champs actually charges $6.99 to return an online order. This is crazy.
How is this even acceptable?
Now that I know this, I'll never shop at Champs again.
Other sports brands offer free returns and that is where we'll spend our money from now on.”
