Sorry to hear about that Bryce! At these super low prices on semi-customs, we can't warranty. Next time upgrade to a full custom if the guarantee is more important to you than price. Hopefully the other one does great for you!

So glad to hear he loves it! All semi-customs are made to order just like our customs so it does take approx 15 days to make. Looks like we took a couple days longer than that due to Mother's Day for MLB. So sorry about that!

“The bat it’s what I specked ! The only bad thing was that I wrote to you to see if you could have it delivered earlier! 4 days before the the original delivery date, and you said yes it is possible, It didn’t happened. My son had a tournament out of state and we need it at by 11/16/23 other than that it’s ok!”

“Order #6365 - the buying experience & the quality of the bat is great. However, I sent the following inquiry on 9/21 and never received a response. Jeff Parks Sep 21, 2023, 7:09 PM EDT Good afternoon. I received this back today. Overall I am very happy. I'm just a little confused about the color. The handle is supposed to be white smoke. It looks like it's just plain white to me. On the website it looks like kind of a light gray or something with some wood grain coming through. is white smoke supposed to be just plain white or is something wrong?”

Hi Greg, just so you are aware, your custom bat is just 14 days in. Standard lead time on these is 30 days so you are about halfway through. We went ahead and shipped your On Demand bat for you though. Hang in there, won't be too much longer! ;-)

“I am interested in ordering a custom but an extra $50 for a faster turnaround is exorbitant. A friend paid the $50 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t received an update. Really like the bats but am dissuaded from a custom order. The on demand order was very smooth. Thanks.”

Thanks for the honest feedback Gordon! It's a hectic time of year for sure! Rush typically shaves off a week or more from standard production. We don't provide updates beyond shipping at the moment but we are working on a better process for that. Your friend can always email us at hello@chandlerbats.com for an update anytime. Thanks!

“Ordered a bat for my son. Not given an estimated arrival date, my son found on line the average wait time. He had a tournament in Atlanta that he wanted the bat for which based on his research it may not make it to our house in time. We called and were able to add rush processing to the order. A few days before leaving we still had no idea when the bat would arrive. Called Chandler to check on status, very nice lady told me it was drying, if it does not finish in time to send to my house she would have it sent to our hotel. She said to contact her the next day to check how it is progressing, I did and she said it is dry and she will personally go grab it and ship it to make it to our house in time, which it did. HIghly recommend that Chandler add automated status update emails to minimize confusion and anxiety.”

Glad it all worked out Timothy! We also appreciate the suggestion for sure. Standard lead time as stated on all of our custom ordering pages is 30 days to manufacture. Rush production will process faster than all standard orders in our pro lane and generally shaves off a week or two but it can vary depending on the time of year. Next time if you are in a pinch and time is of the essence, please consider our many On Demand options that ship same day if ordered before noon each business day. Thanks!
