“all is perfect, but the barrel is very small”

“I asked for a 243 model 33 inch bat. But the barrel is about a 1/2 inch smaller than it should be. Handle should also be slightly thicker. Feels like bat can break easily.”

Thanks for that input Christopher. This model varies by manufacturer. The CB243 is Chandler's version of the 243.

“The bat feels great . Good weight and solid contact. The blue matte finish was not solid throughout. Had some light areas. The black on the handle looked good.”

Hi Luis, local duties, tarriffs and taxes in Mexico and other countries are outside of our control and not something that are charged until they arrive in your country. You should expect this for any international shipment from the US. Thanks for your order!

“Love that you guys offer shorter bars in a drop 3 weight. This worked out perfect for my son who likes swing shorter bats without sacrificing any weight. Bat is very sleek and every thing we hoped it would be.”

“Everyone loves this bat! The color scheme turned out perfect with our team uniforms. It’s purposely heavy for the kid to increase his bat speed. I didn't give it 5 Stars because the blue paint wasn't perfect. But nothing is perfect…”

Hi Derrick, we actually do aim to be perfect. ;-) Awesome video. Just looks like natural variations in the wood grain and boning underneath the paint there. “The bag was advertised as very balanced, but if feels more end loaded. Also, J was surprised that it was not cupped, although I can’t remember now whether the order form gave me the opportunity to request a cup.”

Your CC13A is a very balanced bat model. Semi-customs are only cupped as needed. You would need to order a full custom or On Demand if cupping is required. Thanks!

“I was a huge fan of the demand bats due to the reduced pricing. The staff helped me sort through so much confusion. The staff was always so helpful and quick to respond. The chandler bat itself, the CB271A, was not too much of a fan at first. It felt soft and like I couldn’t rip it. After around 200 swings, this bat was like none I’ve ever tried. So much pop and forgiveness. I only give a 4 star because through the confusion I caused, I didn’t get the exact colorway I wanted. Again, the staff is amazing, so I could have gotten the correct bat or keep the same one and get a refund of the difference of price. I’ve tried many other brands and Chandler truly swings above the rest of the competition.”

Sorry to hear about that Bryce! At these super low prices on semi-customs, we can't warranty. Next time upgrade to a full custom if the guarantee is more important to you than price. Hopefully the other one does great for you!

So glad to hear he loves it! All semi-customs are made to order just like our customs so it does take approx 15 days to make. Looks like we took a couple days longer than that due to Mother's Day for MLB. So sorry about that!
