“The only reason I have put 1 star is so I could write a review. They take your money and that’s it. Put my shop up for sale with them and the only contact I’ve had from them is to ask if I’m interested in selling my shop🥴. Now can’t contact them. All websites are blank. So discussed.”
“Discussed. The only contact they have made us to keep asking if I would like to sell my business. Errrm I’m on your books already. Now I can’t get in contact with them at all. Lost money. I would not give them one star”
“Shocking. Paid £1000 for a lovely glossy brochure then nothing. For a year. Only three phone calls initially , because I nagged them to ask if we had received any enquiries. Most agents would suggest a price drop, keep in touch etc but not this company. No viewings sent our way in over a year. They just weren’t interested. Sold through a private estate agent instead. But I have to ring CB to tell them we have sold as I haven’t actually spoken to them in nearly a year, despite still being on the market with them. They haven’t a clue how to pick up the phone or email me or anything at all. Useless robbing company. Don’t touch them.”
