“Once the application process was completed the installation took place in a matter of days. The installation engineer was very efficient and carried out the work swiftly, without any mess or bother. Once installed the unit was demonstrated effectively with a very good explanation of the National charging system, how it works and how I can access it. Given this is my first electric car it was most helpful. The Chargemaster system itself sits neatly in the garage and has a charging lead which reaches comfortably to all parts of the car depending on how I’ve parked The vehicle. When not in use the Charging gun sits neatly in the Chargemaster unit out of the way. I monitor charging times and Charging costs through the Chargemaster App which is easy to Download and simple to use. So yes I am very pleased with my Chargemaster. The whole process was quick to organise from start to finish and I am extremely pleased with The Chargemaster Home charging system !!”

“The charging unit fitted was a very neat job And fits nicely onto the side of my house in an alcove , it’s easy to use and more to the point it charges the car !!”

“The gentleman who fitted the charger arrived promptly and made an excellent job of installing the unit, all cables hidden and cleaned up prior to leaving. The charger is unobtrusive and it is so easy to charge my car.”

“I have very recently purchased a RenaultZoe ZE50 which came with a Chargemaster unit. I received an untethered unit which works really well. It has a locking key which restricts access to the charger. I do not use that as I doubt whether anyone is going to park on my drive for a few hours to steal my electricity, but I can see how this would be very useful in some locations. I do wonder whether I should have had a tethered unit installed as it would be less hassle, as I would not have to keep getting the cable out of the boot. Overall I am really pleased with the charging unit.”
