“Very good service indeed. The fitter was prompt, clean and efficient. The charger works as predicted so I have no issues of concern at all. They knew what to expect from photos so there weren’t any bad surprises for anyone. Well done BP Chargemaster.”

“Due to the virus it was a long wait for the charger to be installed but it works well. The application process for grant aid towards its purchase was far too complicated and needs to be made simpler. It would be useful if the amount of electricity used to charge the car could be identified so that the cost of the car was separated from the rest of the house. Some sort of smart meter as part of the charger would be helpful.”

“Charging point was fitted promptly, sooner than I expected. The person who fitted it did a good job and communicated well. The Chargemaster is working well, and I like having a key to lock the electricity supply off when I'm not using it.”

“WORKING OUT OF THE OFFICE DURING LOCKDOWN MEANT THAT ALL INDIVIDUALS WORKING FROM HOME DID THEIR BEST TO ANSWER ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY.”
