“Prior to BP Chargemaster, I was going through another company, who let me down with their poor service to install. I have wasted quite some time waiting for them to do anything. Then I approached BP Chargemaster, and you have installed in a very short period of time with proper efficiency. I wish i didn't wait that long with the other company because the dealy also cost me some money on the Govt. grant. Your installer was also very efficient and proffessional. Great service overall.”

“Slightly tricky negotiation regarding meter installation - but once problems ironed out - fitting as a dream! Extremely helpful admin and fitting team. Fitted without problems and works a treat. App is a bit difficult to get to work - but I can now schedule charging overnight (which is saving ++ on costs)”

“The installation plan went entirely as scheduled. The engineer (Leon Haggard) couldn't have been better. He arrived at the beginning of the window, quietly went about the work and cleaned up meticulously before he left. The Chargemaster is simple to operate and seems to work well. So this has been a very good experience.”
