“So easy to use - the cable is already attached to the box - so I just plug it into the car and off it goes - much quicker than using a normal power point - can charge my car from 0-100% in a couple of hours - the engineer who fitted it was so efficient and explained everything I needed to know !”

“The process from the time of purchase to installation has been cordial even though the pandemic situation delayed the the date of sending engineer to site. Engineers did a thorough and neat job with good level of professionalism.”

“Excellent company to deal with. I was kept well informed throughout the ordering and installation process, in spite of the Covid-19 lockdown. Everyone I dealt with went out of their way to make sure I understood what was happening. Installation was performed quickly, neatly and cleanly.”

“Chargemaster advisors provided assistance at each stage for completing the documentation required. Assistance was also provided when applying for the Energy Saving Trust Grant. All this was greatly appreciated. The installation of the Chargemaster Charging Station was carried out in an efficient and professional manner by Craig. He then fully explained the operation of the Charging Station.”

“The whole process from order to install was very well managed by Stephen, who ensured that the OLEV grant documentation was completed and the install well planned. The electrician, Souhail, arrived precisely on time and carried out an excellent install, exactly as we had wanted. He was highly professional, extremely courteous and friendly, with the operation of the unit clearly explained on completion. We are very happy with the result.”
