“Excellent, simple, clear instructions on how to use and fast charge. The cable was quite short and I had to park very close (almost touching) the bollard in front of the parking space to get the cable to reach. Otherwise”

“Excellent! Aneka in the office helped me massively with a few technical issues before installation.The gentleman who fitted my chargemaster who’s name I can’t remember was brilliant. Really went the extra mile to make sure Installation was without trouble.wasnt an easy one for him but he made sure everything was spot on before he finished. Many thanks 👌👌”

“Rating for installation. I can only state that Marcus G was fantastic; clear depth of knowledge, clarity in explaining the steps being taken and an extremely well executed and clean installation. Dan G as area supervisor visited as routine during installation and both rapidly resolved an issue for me. Thoroughly recommend the installation team. (Unfortunately the process to get to this stage was not smooth; lack of clarity on requirements to upgrade to 100A, replace the meter etc. which could have been advised much earlier on the website before choosing the car and at commencement of engagement with the customer team. That individual left and replacement quickly arranged installation after I had arranged for meter replacement - free by supplier but luckily I did not need tails to the MCU replacing as that isn't included and contractor won't; no electrician will turn out for a 0.4m tie in... 100A mains fuse replacement was also required, from UkPowerNetworks where after I could then revert to bpChargemaster. Clarity on this would have been appreciated, as it was 5 months in total from start to finish...) A turnkey solution would be much easier for the customer.”
