“Initial concerns of exposed cables were quickly put to ease with super installer Neil Emmons. He patiently and thoroughly explain the process, routes the cables will take fro. Inside the house to outside. He carefully installed and cleaned up everything after. Super impressed! Thank you so much!”

“Very pleased with our Chargemaster. The whole process was excellent from the first call to discuss what was needed, to the final placement inside the garage. Although the connection to the fuse box and the cabling to the garage wasn’t straight forward it was no trouble for our electrician. Very easy to use.”

“The service we received from BP Chargemaster was fantastic. From initial contact we had multiple emails and calls to discuss details as well as a site visit prior to our installation. Throughout the process including the install, which was carried out by a very experienced and friendly team, I can not praise enough. “My old charge point had stopped working for no apparent reason. Logged a call with BP Chargemaster and very quickly they had an engineer out. Having established that the unit could not be repaired on site, he fitted a new one. All done very quickly and efficiently and no cost to me as the unit was under warranty.”
