“Arrived on time, following a phone call indicating time of arrival. Explained what he was doing and why after a full consultation. Carried out an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Explained what he had done and then showed how it worked, giving me the keys to the unit and left. Total time on site just over 4 hours.”
