“Sorting out all the required paperwork and pictures etc could have been smoother, so much information required from lots of different parties, made worse by the fact this is a leased company vehicle, but the engineer turned up when arranged and completed the job swiftly.”

“Excellent customer service. My experience with BPC was superb; always got through on the phone quickly and usually to my named point of contact. If not, another agent was familiar with progress and able to help with my query, very knowledgeably. Installation Engineer was punctual, friendly and did a great job of mounting the charge point. Well done BPC - other organisations could learn a lot from you!”
