A big problem is most of your chargers in London are in Q park car parks so to charge vehicle costs £15 minimum car park charge for a £3 vehicle charge

The installation was carried out on time by the engineer who installed in the location agreed, if a niggle was to be apportionedit was the new meter box was fitted in the external meter box not from the consumer unit. Still it's a good product all round.

Excellent service I requested a survey which answered all my questions. The subsequent fitting was completed to a very high standard. All went well with no difficulties.

If we’re talking about our Home Charge Unit, then it’s been great, thank you, but I’m not so impressed about the lack of available information on electric charging facilities out in the big wide world, or even just the rest of Britain!

My experience in using Chargemaster has been very good indeed. Right from the outset the correspondence I had with Kadiza Begum at the Luton was clear, timely and concise and I was reassured that the process was going to go smoothly. As for the actual installation process, I cannot speak highly enough of your service engineer Marcus Gaves ( I thinks that's his surname) he was such a lovely guy, he explained the installation process, accommodated my desire to have the internal wiring where I wanted it and was just so professional. I'd mark him as a 10 out of 10 no problem. Thanks Paul Nolan.

My experience with BP Chargemaster was essentially very good. They are very efficient albeit they must be facing increasing demands for their services. However things necessarily took longer than I initially thought it would. There were a number of technical issues to resolve and they probably vary from one installation to another. I was given some options which meant I had to explore options which would have to be provided by either my electricity supplier and distributor. In the end I got an electrician to visit and he came up with a better, quicker and cheaper option. BP chargemaster could do with considering this option as I could imagine others might not have spotted this 'shortcut'.

Excellent customer service overall - the staff were really helpful, especially with draft questions from a Luddite! Thank you for your patience. The engineer who did the initial survey and then the installation was absolutely fantastic - nothing was an issue or a problem. the final installation looks superb. Thank you.

The paperwork required to order the home charger was a little convoluted but I believe this is primarily due to legislation etc. The staff were always friendly, polite and efficient on the phone and by email. The installation was carried out on the appointed day, the fitter arrived bang on time and did a perfect job including explaining the operation of the unit to me and leaving everything spotless.
