“A fair amount of paperwork had to be submitted for the works to be undertaken. This took some time but was handled really well by Ann-Marie. Leon the installation engineer was brilliant. Considering the number of units that are being installed at the current time the experience was flawless. Thank you very much.”

“Technician arrived on time and explained very clearly what he would be doing and how and when it would affect me, ie. when he would need to turn the power off and when he would be in the house and outside. The work was carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible. The technician was friendly and when the work was completed I had everything explained to me about the operation of the unit. He then cleaned away thoroughly. Great work!”
