“Chargemaster unit installed professionally. Cabling mostly hidden to preserve high quality brickwork at front of house. Shame information on taking up contract to access charging points in UK and France is proving difficult to get and understand. Charge master are missing an opportunity to secure EV customers.”

“A great install of my new charger which replaced a tethered unit to make it future proof. I was given options as to where to put the charger; but in the end just replaced the old charger in it's original location”

“Customer service was superb from start to finish. Annmarie made the whole process very easy and explained the technical aspects very well. The Smartcharge app stopped recording usage after a week but your support team have explained that an upgrade will fix. The usage data stopped working on 14th July - and so anything that can be done to fix that would be good. 5 weeks seems a long tine to fix something that will possibility be affecting all customers. 5 stars given on the basis that the above problem will be fixed.”

“Excellent service. It’s not easy to get ready for your EV to come home as you need to deal with lots of electrical related matters. The easiest was ordering the smart charging unit and getting it installed. Nathan was brilliant.”
