“The installation engineer was punctual, polite and very professional he accommodated our request for routing the outdoor cable. he answered all our questions and left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend Chargemaster to anyone.”

“We were kept well informed of our appointment. When the fitter arrived to install the charger we were told that we would need to have our supply upgraded. The fitter explained exactly what was required and even spoke to our electricity supplier on our behalf. When we had the additional work completed we contacted BP Chargemaster to rearrange the fitting. Again we were kept well informed. The fitter was polite, courteous and efficient. They also gave us a comprehensive explanation of the unit and showed us how to operate it correctly and safely.”

“A very professional fitting . The engineer arrived on time, the wall box fits perfectly on the side of our garage, the box had to be earthed twice with copper rods in the ground, neatly done, you experienced engineer not phased. The charge box works seamlessly into our lives”

“Once all photograph,s and paperwork had been completed everything else was as smooth as butter. The electrician that installed it was ace, very polite and kept me informed of progress and took me though the details to use this as well as imparting his knowledge on tips about the process and he left me well satisfied. In my opinion it could not of gone better.”
