“The charger works perfectly but the app is a little confusing to use Doesn't show the cost or that the charger is connected or not or that charging is in progress.”

“Was a bit of delay getting it installed due to my house having an older electrical supply. The installer was very nice and courteous and the process was as pain free as could be. The App is a little unreliable but the charger works fine.”

“Booking process was straightforward and quick. Engineer arrived on time and was excellent. The unit is working perfectly. Only negative is the app which is poor, but I understand an update is due soon.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Process of application is quite complicated if like me you are not computer savy but I got there in the end. Every one was very patient. Fitter was very pleasant and worked efficiently and neatly. Cleaned up well after. Charger looks good and works well. Very pleased.”

“Our charge point was included as part of a car purchase deal. Once eligibility had been established and all the relevant documents and photos submitted, the whole installation process went without a hitch. It was good to see a big player in the oil industry fully involved in this technology. I would certainly recommend BP Chargemaster.”
